Serve this recipe as a quick side dish or pair with your favorite chicken, sausage or seafood for a rich main course.
Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add water and Creole Pasta Sauce Seasoning Blend and stir well. Cook for 10 minutes. Add cream, or half & half, or whole milk and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes. Toss with pasta and serve. If pasta draws moisture out of sauce, add small amounts of water or white wine and stir until desired consistency is reached.
*Fully cooked meat such as chicken, sausage or seafood can be added just before mixing with pasta.
